The lower deck is closed in and is air-conditioned. This level has tables and chairs for tour participants to sit in and speakers so that patrons may listen to the tour guide from below. Guests may also choose to stand on the bow or stern of the vessel on the lower level. The upper level is accessible by stairs only. The upper deck is covered on the top with open sides. Should there be rainy weather\, there is plastic side sheeting\, which may be rolled down. There are chairs for guests to use on this level. The tour guides on the vessel will stand in the front of the upper level for narration. Situated on the shore of Biscayne Bay\, this was the home of Ralph Middleton Munroe\, one of Coconut Grove’s most charming and influential pioneers. Munroe preserved the forest on his land\, cutting out only a winding buggy trail through the hammock — barely wide enough for one vehicle. As a result\, the property contains many large\, old trees.
